"You do not make it clear enough that product must be removed from package upon arrival. Although you send an email, customers may see that email weeks later. My billtong was moldy and ruined. I bought it for a 3 day hike and would not have, had I known it must be put in a paper bag (not bear proof) and refrigerated. It tasted great, but I never got to eat the slab because it molded."

"You advertise the biltong as sliced, but given the amount of meat swarf in the bag and the quality of the "sliced" edges, it was pretty obviously sawn up and disappointing in texture. The flavor is OK. Nothing to write Joburg about though. I doubt I will be ordering from you again unless I decide to get slabs and SLICE them myself. You do know that they make knife edge blades for bandsaws, right?"
