To ensure your koeksisters arrive in the best possible condition, we take a few extra steps:

All Koeksister orders include a $5 Cold Box fee to help maintain product quality during transit

Upon delivery, please refrigerate or freeze immediately

Even if your koeksisters arrive warm, don’t worry — this is completely normal. Once cooled, they will return to their original texture and form.

Storage Guidelines:

• Refrigerated: Best enjoyed within 2 weeks
• Frozen: Best enjoyed within 3 months
