"I actually ordered the slabs as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. Fortunately, your subsequent emails were very informative regarding keeping them properly until the holidays (by freezing them). I know he is going to love it. The ordering process was very easy and the biltong arrived quickly. I’m pretty sure I will be ordering again."
"I like they leave it up to you to cut it the thickness that you want. Very different from our American style beef jerky. It's not a pepper and seasoning flavor, it's more of an herbal and earthy flavor, and the wife and I have found it to be very addicting lol. Next time I'll get it without the fat as it was super oily but not a deal breaker"
"I go between getting the with fat and without but this last order was so extremely dry. the fat that makes it moist and greasy was non-existent. I know it's leave but this is so dry I can barley cut it and it's closer to air dried jerky. the flavor is good but the texture is super dry. Ill but now because I love this brand and suggest giving it a try. sometimes it's not perfect but it's worth a shot because when you get that slab made perfect it's the best biltong. just wish my last order wasn't so dry even tho it still tastes good. it just doesn't seem like biltong with as cooked as it is"

Lately I have been craving things from her home country because to me it was also home, where she was and what she loved was home to us. I stumbled on your site and instantly ordered. "Maybe I got a bad batch, but the ones I tasted from a friend before ordering the $100+ sample box was wayyyy more tender and melt in the mouth than the batch I received, could’ve just been the extreme heat from shipping? Not sure, overall better then normal jerky but not as impressed as I expected."
